Exchanges & Returns
We want to make sure that you’re completely happy with your order. If you need to exchange or return your order for any reason we’d be happy to help. Simply email us at orders@shopemporiummiami.com and put “return/exchange” in the subject line. Please note that we can’t accept returns beyond 30 days from the purchase date. Certain items, such as eGift Certificates are non-refundable.
Zami’s Shipping Policies
It is very important to us that you receive all of your Zami’s coffee and tea at the very peak of freshness. For this reason, we at Zami’s want to ensure that you, the customer will receive your coffees and teas within a reasonable time.
As a general rule, all orders will begin processing the day that they are received, however this does not necessarily mean that they will ship that same day. Because we roast in small batches, and there is a minimum amount we have to roast, we are unable to roast every coffee every day of the week. We will do our best to roast your coffee as soon as possible. Once your coffee is roasted it ships that same day.
We offer Priority and Express shipping within the US and Priority shipping to Canada and Mexico. All of these methods should ensure your coffee arrives fresh, as all of our coffee is nitro-sealed to protect its flavor while in transit (see more below).
Protecting Your Purchase!
Zami’s Coffee is always packed directly after roasting. Our coffee bag package features a one-way valve situated above the label. This valve will enable the C02 (a natural byproduct of post-roast coffee) to escape the package without allowing in air. We first vacuum out air and then flush the bag with nitrogen gas before it is heat-sealed. Nitrogen flushing is a certified organic method used to impede the deterioration of packaged food products. (In fact, the air you breath is 78% nitrogen.) This bag will keep your coffee fresh during transit and is an example of our commitment to quality and freshness. Enjoy!
