Only the best organic coffees find their way into our roaster. Our USDA Certified Organic offerings are traceable from the farm all the way to the roastery through USDA certifications.
The beans are roasted by a small hand-supervised roaster in Seattle, WA and then shipped to us. We stock only small amounts so that your coffee is always fresh and never bitter.
Our coffee is best stored in a dark, dry place. Refrigerating or freezing our coffee does not allow the beans to go through their natural release of nitrogen, thereby compromising flavor and quality.
